This large bowl is hand-blown glass, fabricated in an undulating design featuring a fluted rim. The remarkable evidence of fluidity and sculptural movement is frozen in colorful glass. The warm colors of red, yellow, and smoky black are used in the interior, giving a volcanic impression.

The exterior is deep blue with horizontal wisps of white. There are configurations of organic shapes of yellow, orange, and black drifting across the rolling, curving exterior. The contrasting patterns and colors of the interior and exterior portray a sense of creation on a galactic scale.
