Details

This handblown glass vessel is pear-shaped, topped with a wide flat rim of solid cobalt blue. The exterior surface is composed of areas of tiny patterns of contrasting metallic colors aligned with larger solid shapes of primary colors fused in place. These layered shapes are positioned to create an abstract design with a “post-modernist” impression.
