Tux Junction Kaleidoscope – Limited-Edition Musical Sculpture
Details
This is a limited-edition kaleidoscope assembled from a clarinet and employs an acrylic three-mirror viewing system for a dynamic optical experience. The optical patterns are produced from fragments of vinyl records, Swarovski crystals, and CD shards moving as the viewer looks inside. Hand-signed “WBW 2023”, this one-of-a-kind work blends visual and musical art. A kaleidoscope is an instrument with mirrors allowing the operator to see patterns from moving items inside the instrument.
