Hassle-Free Returns

Am I Eligible to Return an Item?

To qualify for a return:

  • Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your item by calling:
  • Ensure the product is in its original condition—unused, unaltered, and carefully repackaged.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending the item back.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Special orders

Note: All returns are inspected for eligibility upon receipt.


How to Start a Return?

To return your product, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Call either (813) 839-7000 or 

    (888) 982-4642

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you your RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Prepare the Package:
    • Package your item carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
    • Mark your RMA number visibly on the outside of the box.
    • Include the completed RMA form inside.
  4. Ship It Back: Send your package to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking charge applies (covers administrative and handling costs).

Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect.


How Do Refunds Work?

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll process your refund within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Your bank may take 2-10 business days to post the refund.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of receipt.
  2. Email a photo of the damage to customerservice@artsiphartsi.com.
  3. We’ll assist you with a replacement if available or issue a refund.

Many pieces are unique, so while we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, exact replacements may not always be possible. If not, we can discuss alternative options.
