Please Note: We make every attempt to ship in a timely manner; however, we are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, carrier delays, labor strikes, pandemics, or governmental actions.

Our website business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, excluding U.S. Federal holidays.

Standard Processing:

Online orders can take 1-3 business days for order processing, which is not included in the shipping timeline.

Expedited Processing:

We offer UPS Next Day and Second Day Air.

Large & Oversized Items: If your item says, “Call for Shipping & Handling,” it typically means it needs special packaging because of its larger size, so it arrives safely and in great condition. Feel free to give us a call to chat about the details!

Large or Oversized Items: If an item states, “Call for Shipping & Handling,” please call us at (813) 839-7000 or (888) 982-4642. Each transaction will be handled individually, depending on the item.

Shipping Insurance

Included Coverage:

All shipments are protected up to $100 against loss, theft, or damage.

Additional Coverage:

Additional coverage up to $5,000 may be added at checkout.

“Call for Shipping & Handling” Items

Large & Oversized Items are insured through InsureShield® up to $10,000 in value. If your item says, “Call for Shipping & Handling,” it typically means it needs special packaging because of its larger or unusual size, to ensure it arrives safely and in great condition. Signature Required

For any product exceeding $1,000 in value, a signature confirmation at delivery maybe required. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Insurance is optional.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will arrive with tracking details. Additionally, you can monitor tracking from your order status page.

In-store Pickup

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation. (If someone else is picking up, they’ll also need both.)

Additional General Information & Exceptions

  • We do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada, or other international addresses at this time.
  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages.
  • Weather and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timing.

Missed, Lost, or Delayed Deliveries

Order Cancellation, Refused Shipments, and Address Corrections

  • Order Cancellations: Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. Our team begins processing immediately to deliver your purchase.
  • Refused Shipments: The customer is responsible for any fees resulting from missed delivery, re-delivery, or refusal.
  • Address Corrections: Double-check your address details at checkout; the customer is responsible for extra charges due to incorrect information.

Shipping FAQ’s

Which Shipping Carrier do you use?

We like UPS and use them exclusively because of their excellent success rate, on-time delivery, and without damage. Of course, no matter which carrier we use, there are always weird things that can happen, but we try hard to make things happen successfully. For “Call For Shipping” items, each transaction will be handled individually, depending on the item. We can offer various trucking, shipping, and white glove services. Please call us.

Are there exceptions to Processing times?

Yes, there are a few exceptions to our standard processing times:

  • Federal Holidays or Non-Business Days: If you place an order during a Federal Holiday or when we are closed, your order will be processed as soon as we reopen, in the order it was received.
  • Special Handling Items: Orders for fragile, oversized, or unique items that require special packaging (e.g., our beautiful handmade lions) may take additional time to process.
  • "Call for Shipping & Handling" Items: If an item is marked with “Call for Shipping & Handling,” it means it requires extraordinary packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. In these cases, please contact us to discuss the details.

For all other purchases where shipping is calculated at checkout or no extra handling is required, your order will be shipped via UPS.

How long does it take to process my order?

Our goal is to get your package to you as quickly as possible; we just need time to ensure accuracy and quality. We typically process orders within 1 to 3 days; however, we recognize the need for expedited delivery and will handle it accordingly.
