This glass artwork is composed of two hand-blown glass forms fused to construct a sculptural vase. Each part is made using hot-glass techniques. Allowing hot glass to behave characteristically, the sculpted forms reveal the movement of lines and shapes of floating colors. The base is solid lavender glass patterned with white, burgundy, pink, and blue shapes. Emerging from the base is a tall, thin, blue vase with spiraling lines of darker blue and lavender.
