This ceramic cache pot features a subtle blended lavender and blue background with patches of stenciled honeycomb texture. Loose, gestural brushwork is used to paint persimmons, leafy branches, birds, and bees. The interior is glazed with a yellow-green color, and the rim is detailed with a stenciled vine motif. The base is glazed with 24K gold. The glazing techniques are elegant and technically superb.
Hand wash with mild soap and avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the painted and gold details. Use a liner to protect the interior surface if planting live plants. Not intended for outdoor use. Interior only.
