Nautical Exploration by artist Danielle Davis is an original artwork. Thick acrylic is poured across the canvas to reveal the actual movement of paint and mixing of color directly on the canvas. The fluid nature of the flowing, dripping paint represents waves and shoreline.  Sparkling clear crystals embellish the surface at the top of the composition, while geodes appear at the convergence of crystals and acrylic paint. The contrast of textures is compelling.
