Persimmons in the Sky Colander

Details

A hand-painted ceramic colander that’s both functional and artistic. This is a one-of-a-kind piece featuring orange persimmons and leafy green branches against a lavender sky interior. Bees and honeycomb motifs with touches of 14k move across the white glazed exterior. Two sculpted handles in orange with green foliage provide sturdy support for using the colander. Short black stripes enhance the rim.

Care and Use

Hand wash with mild soap and avoid abrasive scrubbers to protect the painted and gold details. Not dishwasher safe.
